Resumen

El objetivo de este trabajo era aplicar la metodología de la prospectiva estratégica y, de manera particular, estas técnicas: MICMAC, MACTOR y SMIC al Puerto de Mamonal en Cartagena para hacer frente al ambiente turbulento. El método utilizado fue descriptivo con una muestra probabilística de 23 empleados. Las áreas de encuesta y de grupo fueron los métodos aplicados, en tres etapas o procesos: prospectiva estratégica, análisis de mercado y análisis estratégico, que permitieron establecer escenarios futuros para el desarrollo de las iniciativas y proyectos hasta el año 2032. © 2018.
