N2 - This research describes innovation and knowledge generation importance in developing production factors associated processes and Company positioning obtained as a result of applying ICTs services. It́s shown as how to begin innovation inside ICT Company users analyzing small and medium companies. Corporate sector is now willing to bet for knowledge generation and innovation through ICT use and appropriation since ICT gives status and enforces competitive image, generating a better market positioning and better current and future customeŕs acceptance. This is crucial since customers guarantee time sustainability. It is required to be competitive for that relationship to be lasting and effective during the projected life span. This requires competence to go hand in hand with knowledge and innovation in order to offer differentiated and value added products. All this gives way to the corporate survival concept linked to competitiveness, new trends development and changes, innovation and new knowledge development. This research explains the link between innovation and knowledge generation with quality processes in both organizational management and project management.
