Olga Lucía Vanegas Alfonso Universidad Católica de Colombia Bogotá D.C., Colombia olvanegas@ucatolica.edu.co Resumen: En el presente artículo se dan a conocer los resultados del trabajo denominado “Diseño De un Modelo de Costos a Nivel de Prefactibilidad para la Construcción de un Alcantarillado Veredal en Cundinamarca, Desarrollada por una Mediana Empresa”, el cual tuvo como propósito servir como una herramienta de trabajo gerencial que le permita a medianas empresas, analizar y facilitar la toma de decisiones respecto a la conveniencia económica para presentar ofertas técnico económica para la construcción de este tipo de obras a nivel del departamento de Cundinamarca, dado que las mismas corresponden a obras de saneamiento rural enmarcadas dentro de programadas realizados por la Empresa de Acueducto,. Alcantarillado y Aseo de Bogotá S.A. E.S.P., EAB S.A. ESP, adscrita a la Secretaría del Hábitat. Para lo anterior, se consideraron fundamentos teóricos del sistema de costos ABC como una herramienta útil de análisis de costo y seguimiento de actividades en combinación con los procesos gerenciales descritos en el PMBOK 5 edición, en la gestión de costos; metodologías que tratan de orientar a la gerencia empresarial para que en forma eficiente puedan obtener mejor desempeño y llegar a un resultado con mayor satisfacción, además que les permitirá la toma de decisiones de alto nivel.

A partir de los APUs, y características específicas de cada proyecto de acuerdo a su localización, se hace una parametrización de las tres obras en cuestión para así obtener el Costo Indirecto – enmarcados en el contexto del AIU, donde (A) corresponde a la Administración, (I) a los imprevistos que en nuestro caso se refiere a los Riesgos y la (U), es la utilidad esperada por la Organización.

Siendo así, la unión de esta información se plasma en un plantilla formulada que contiene el MODELO DE COSTOS A NIVEL DE PREFACTIBILIDAD PARA LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE UN ALCANTARILLADO VEREDAL, el cual, por medio de recolección de información básica del Proyecto, su localización y la incorporación de medidas claves de las obras a ejecutar, el modelo confirma un valor estimado de prefactibilidad para el futuro negocio y le indicará a través de un mensaje final si el negocio es “VIABLE PARA PRESENTAR PROPUESTA” o “NO SE RECOMEINDA”.
