The proposal focuses on the implementation of a participatory training and support strategy for early education teachers in public institutions, which allows for the promotion of educational innovation in early education and preschool education. Similarly, taking into account that this project is framed within the national programme ONDAS of MinCiencias and the technical standards for early and preschool education of the Ministry of National Education, it is committed to innovation in education and aims to contribute to improving the quality of education in the country, generating knowledge transfer and exchange.
This strategy is focused on the constant accompaniment of early education teachers in public institutions, in order to contribute to a change in the methodology and pedagogy used, which encourages scientific thinking in children and adolescents.
