Project Details
Description
This project seeks to identify the existence of labor discrimination against Venezuelan migrants in Colombia, especially to identify whether this discrimination is due to taste or because in the imaginary of labor demand in Colombia, Venezuelans are being associated with lower levels of productivity, based on the characteristics of that population group. To do this, it is necessary to execute a field experiment, since it is necessary to minimize as much as possible the social desirability bias that may be present in the application of surveys.
