Effect of leadership behaviors on the level of resilience of subordinates in a private organization in the city of Bogotá (Doctoral Project)

A cross-sectional, descriptive, correlational study is proposed for predictive purposes. The first level will describe the leadership behaviour of the directors, by virtue of their behaviour, and the level of resilience of the subordinates, of the different divisions of a private organisation. Subsequently, it will be observed whether there is a correlation, and in what sense, between these variables.
