Project Details
Description
Through assisted living environments, it is possible to generate monitoring strategies for people with disabilities or the elderly. This is how, based on artificial intelligence, it is possible to develop an automatic system for the assistance of these populations. The objective of this project is then to make use of artificial intelligence to analyze daily activities in a controlled environment, based on the observation of the execution and performance of healthy people while participating in significant occupations and co-occupations. A methodology based on the use of algorithms that use video processing information, as well as sensory information dedicated to this purpose, will be used. As a result, it is expected to provide a computer tool that visualizes the occupations, activities and tasks that the person performs in a controlled environment, having for this purpose, the house of daily life activities of the Universidad del Rosario.
