Description
Establish the control of the post-COVID syndrome (abbreviated SPC), understood as the achievement of primary and secondary prevention measures, through the application of a transnational medicine model, based on the 5P concept (Figure 4), which Additionally, it will allow the strengthening of higher education and the scientific and technological level of the country.
This objective may be measurable (cost-effectiveness, training of human resources and strengthening of research and innovation at the national level), achievable, verifiable (education and satisfaction of the study population, strengthening of national and international scientific collaboration, international publications and national, and books, among others).
This program is framed within the Science, Technology and Innovation recommendations of the International Mission of Wise Men 2019.
