Abstract
International law: several visions, a teacher pays tribute to Dr. Marco Gerardo Monroy Cabra, illustrious Colombian jurist; recognized teacher, magistrate and plenipotentiary son of the cloister, whose work is foundational for international law in Colombia and who paved the way for the area of international law of the faculty of jurisprudence of the main school of Our Lady of the Rosary to obtain its national and international recognition. This collective work covers the most recent topics of public international law, international human rights law, international criminal court, international economic law, private international law and integration law. All of them knowledges that fit in the fruitful legal dimension developed by our honoree. The contributions in this book, in their remarkable diversity and quality, are a reflection of the academic concerns and motivations arising from the distinguished lessons taught over the years by Marco Gerardo Monroy Cabra, one of the top representatives of the study of law in the continent.
