Abstract
This project consists of setting up an own store in the business zone of the 100 north boy in Bogotá, to market special or differentiated coffees, own and from farms in different areas of Colombia. The proposed strategies may be an alternative that helps to mitigate the situation of small producers who are not paid the fair price per package or pounds, which do not cover production costs. Through the assembly of the store the competitive advantage is from the producer to the final consumer. With the initiative to market the special or differentiated coffee, it will be supported from the producer, favoring its quality of life should have an equitable participation in all the components in its value chain, It will also be able to satisfy the customer by offering with a quality product , traceability, sustainability and good service both by the staff and its welcoming facilities.
