Abstract

Plenty of organizations, both public but specially private, had been aiming to obtain greater value by utilizing information and communications technological infrastructures, procured, not just as a tool for the managing of projects and the development of processes and activities when performing day to day activities, but as an opportunity for the construction of knowledge by the collaborative learning generated on the stakeholders interactions. This research work, identified the experiences collected from project management and its applications of collaboration in the use, appropriation of information and constructions of knowledge, that flows by the use and support of technological information tools, communications and repositories of best practices, in order to support project team and communicate organizational learning, lessons learned and improve decision making on competitive environments. This study aims from the literature review on academic sources till the identifications of methods and IT tools used by organizations to manage projects, proposing a roadmap in order to manage knowledge among project stakeholders.
