Description
The training of lawyers in Latin America can be read as an external demonstration of the interests of "docilization" of social forces. The Colombian case is particularly interesting in this sense: the permanent tutelage over the content of the study programs of the universities that issued law degrees, expressed a constant and permanent concern about the official tutelage over law students and allowed to keep on the margin the conflicts in the region.
