To study the participation of calcineurin in the activation and inflammatory response of astrocytes during inflammatory response of astrocytes during seizures in a rat model of epilepsy model in rats.
To evaluate the behavior of calcineurin expression levels in astrocytes in different brain regions during established seizures in a rat model of epilepsy.
