Description
The objective of the present study is to identify the nutritional status of children between 5 and 11 years of age from two schools in commune VI of the Municipality of Quibdó through the study of clinical (anthropometric measurements) and paraclinical (hemoglobin, ferritin and coprological examination) measurement parameters. The related individual, sociocultural, economic and environmental factors and the associations of child malnutrition with the neurodevelopment of school children will also be explored.
