The project aims to examine the influence of law on the situation of women at the national and international levels and the strategic uses that women's movements, lawyers, activists and feminists, in general, make of it to promote its objectives of eradicating discrimination against women and positioning feminism as an indispensable tool for intervening, understanding and solving social conflicts.
