Project: Research Project

Project Details

Description

Vaccination has proven to be one of the most effective strategies against the COVID-19 pandemic. Several studies have evaluated and confirmed its efficacy in different populations, particularly in reducing serious outcomes such as hospitalisation and death. Some studies have investigated the efficacy of vaccination against infection, identifying the need for booster doses. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of vaccination to prevent SARS-CoV-2 infection in a group of patients who consulted the Gencell Pharma laboratory for PCR testing between 31 December 2021 and 28 February 2022 in a cross-sectional study.
