CSP is a highly relevant issue for organizations as it is analyzed from the organizational (macro) level and is related to operational performance indicators. In the studies on the subject, this relationship has been extensively addressed, in contrast, there are few studies that address CSP and its impacts at the individual or micro level. Based on the research gaps identified in the literature review, the aim of the project is to analyze the effect of corporate social performance and CSP emotions on employees' trust and commitment to the organization. This study seeks, in short, to contribute to the body of research on the micro-fundaments of CSP. In order to carry out the research, a quantitative study of a hypothetical-deductive type with correlational-causal scope is proposed. The population for the study is made up of employees of medium-sized tourism companies in Guadalajara (Mexico) and Bogotá (Colombia). The instruments for collecting information are scales that evaluate: corporate social performance perceived by employees,"CSP emotions", confidence in the organisation and commitment to the organisation. Techniques such as confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis as well as a model of structural equations will be used for data analysis. The research results will be used to help bridge identified research gaps and to circulate knowledge on the issue.
