Description
Substance use disorders (SUDs) represent a global public health problem, covered by sustainable development goals 3-4, 10 to 12 and 17, due to their impact on morbidity, mortality and quality of life of people. global level.
In Colombia, it is estimated that at least 13% of people have used an illicit drug at least once in their lives.
Pharmacological treatment is limited and the first line is interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
The Integrated Subnetwork of Southern Health Services in Bogotá, in the care program for the population with SUDs, implemented CBT as a novel intervention.
Objective: Determine the impact of CBT reinforced by a mobile application on the quality of life of the population with SUD substance abuse disorders in adults between 18 and 35 years of age in therapy in the Southern Subnet.
