Description
In the first instance, a compilation of literature related to the topic of development will be carried out. Then, the most relevant points of the development along the history and the literature on the subject will be grouped historically. Additionally, the theme of planning will be related to development in order to present a synthesis of development planning and perspectives. Finally, a methodology for the formulation of development plans will be proposed based on the experience of a consultancy carried out by this same Regional Studies Group.
