Others in charge of the nursing program. The School of Economics was in charge of the initial consultancy. We were in charge of the ADJUSTMENT AND VALIDATION OF THE POLICY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE WORKING CONDITIONS OF NURSING ASSISTANTS AND PROFESSIONALS - through in-depth interviews and documentary analysis.
