Research Incubator: Law, Economy and Society

DESCRIPTION:

Space for research and discussion of relevant issues from the perspectives of law, economics and society, identifying problems that can be addressed in an interdisciplinary manner (from various branches of private law, legal theory, sociology and economics).< /p>

OBJECTIVES:

1. Promote a critical and interdisciplinary analysis by students of the Faculty of Jurisprudence, of contemporary issues of private law from the perspectives of law, economics and society.
2. Identify contemporary problems and challenges for private law, among others, on the occasion of new economic practices, technology and the characteristics of the national and foreign economy.
3. Research in national and foreign sources that allow students to comprehensively analyze the problems identified and propose solutions in a local and international scenario.
