The P3VTSD is directed by Speech Language Pathologist.
Result: In the initial vocal screening, it is performed a basic questionnaire and vocal profile of the participant, using a video-recorded class, complete the fatigue and vocal symptoms questionnaires. Subsequently, the 4 sessions are held, in which vocal warm-up routine is worked, including exercises respiratory coordination, different exercises of the semi-occluded vocal tract, resonance voice exercises and a vocal cool-down routine. The selected exercises and runtime were according to three criteria: mastery, comfort, and result in the vocal quality of the participant, finally, the participant receive an informative flyer with personalized videos with their training routine and final vocal screening process. The group that performed the pilot test improved their self-perception on voice care.
