Resumen

A transformative sovereign wealth fund invests specifically in companies which contribute to reaching the climate targets of Paris. It creates ecological, economic and social added values. We make a proposal how such a fund can be organized, managed, democratically controlled, integrated in a landscape of sustainable investments and be financed with a sustainability tax.
