Resumen

Realizamos un análisis filogenómico del coronavirus del síndrome respiratorio agudo severo-2 a partir de 88 individuos infectados en diferentes regiones de Colombia. Se detectaron once linajes diferentes, lo que sugiere la existencia de múltiples eventos de introducción. Los linajes B.1 y B.1.5 fueron los más frecuentes, estando el B.1 asociado a viajes previos a zonas de alto riesgo.
