title = "Monitoring sepsis using electrical cell profiling in a mouse model",
abstract = "We developed double-sided iso-dielectric separation system for monitoring sepsis progression using electrical characterization of leukocyte activation. With inertial sorter integration, we can characterize the electrical properties of leukocytes from ∼ 50 μL sample of whole blood within 15 minute. In the end, we quantify leukocyte activation in a mouse sepsis model, representing the first use of electrical cell profiling to provide a clinically relevant metric.",
