Resumen

The article reflects on the academic production regarding the history of television in Colombia, presenting a balance in which the need to broaden the analyses is highlighted, thematically and geographically off-centering the studies so that in a connected manner the mapping of the historical development of television is able to be accomplished. A theoretical proposal is presented with which advancements can be made in the study of media history.
