Resumen
Scientific collaboration is a central element in the production and communication of science. Consequently, academic publishing is no stranger to scientific challenges and dynamics, which leads to evaluating and innovating its processes based on multidimensional data and indicators that allow it to be efficient and competitive. This article presents a study of the scope of scientific collaboration and circulation in 319 books published between 2019 and 2022 at the Editorial Universidad del Rosario, aiming to identify publication trends and opportunities for improvement in the generation, access, and circulation of books. Among the main findings is the opportunity to build units of analysis to identify editorial openness and positioning and the ability to characterize the institutional context that energizes the communication and transfer of knowledge through various analog and digital channels adopted by the publishing house.
