Abstract


The case of a patient with toxoplasmosis is presented
ocular and an unusual third episode of recurrence,
characterized by vitreitis without chorioretinitis
active The patient was treated with azithromycin and presented
substantial improvement of his clinical picture. HE
emphasizes the importance of suspecting recurrence
of ocular toxoplasmosis in the presence of signs
of uveitis - in this case, vitreitis - even without the presence
concomitant of chorioretinal inflammation
