Abstract

The reconciliation of work and family life is an issue of great importance from the legal, economic, and social spheres. Through this research article, a literature review is carried out with the aim of covering the transformation that arises when talking about conciliation and conciliation with co-responsibility. Among the main findings, various regulatory advances are pointed out along with some strategies that are necessary to promote equality, equity, and quality of life for people, emphasizing the importance of breaking down the main gender barriers.
