Abstract
The document presents the result of the research of the influence of the resolution of conflicts in the governance. It governance is the relationship building between the Governor and the ruler. In this research is made a study of the behavior of the variable resolution of conflicts and it governance, during the years 2012 to the 2015. Is took as approach of governance the relationship existing between them governed and them governing, where the participation citizen is active and develops new forms of grouping to make a good living (Belotti, 2013). Is shows the investment from the municipality of Tenjo, Cundinamarca in the culture citizen, in the handling of resolution conflicts, the education for the citizenship and the organization community. To the end, presents a proposal of model of relationship extended, where the dimensions and their variables are.
