Abstract
The chapter aims to demonstrate that since the reform contained in Legislative Act 1 of 2007, the existence of administrative departments alongside ministries as the main bodies of the national public administration has ceased to be justified and has become innocuous, so those that still exist should be transformed into ministries and unify the entities that make up the government into a single typology.
