Abstract
This work seeks to stimulate a reflection on the scope of culture in the foreign policy of States. Diplomacy and foreign policy constitute a field of study of international relations that cannot be exhausted in a single sense. Those who delve into the subject of culture and foreign policy management will find questions and answers that will allow them to understand in their real dimension the way in which the attributes that define the powers and influential actors of the international system have been transformed over the years. It is a change that should not go unnoticed by those interested in culture and foreign policy.
