Abstract

Objective: To design an informative booklet to promote vocal and hearing health and communication skills in call centers.

Methodology: A literature review of primary and secondary sources was carried out in order to subsequently organize a booklet with multimedia tools.

Results: A primer composed of sections, graphs, tables, recommendations that allow the welfare and quality of life of people is obtained as a result.

Conclusions: Creating habits that promote vocal health, hearing and communication skills, improve occupational performance that will be represented in a better quality of life for the customer service professional.
