Abstract
This book presents articles written by professors and students who during 2017 participated in the "Seminar on Victims", within the framework of the Doctorate in Law of the Universidad del Rosario. The work is organized in two parts. The first reflects on the very concept of the victim from different disciplinary approaches; and the second deals with the different institutional responses envisaged by the State and society.
