Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the psychometric properties of Colquitt's organizational justice scale in a sample of 862 employees of two higher education institutions in Ecuador. The factor structure of the scale was analyzed by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, with the maximum likelihood estimation method. The results show that four factors (dimensions) model is suitable for measurements in the Latin American context, so it is concluded that the original.
