Abstract
This study addresses the situation of economic vulnerability specifically regarding agricultural economy, in particular food security of the countries that constitute the Pacific Alliance - Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru. The general indicator considered for this topic is the annual production of cereals -maize or corn, rice, sorghum and wheat - from 1980 to 2017. Three are the particular indicators for each country: (i) cultivated area; (ii) production yield per hectare; and (iii) annual total production.
