Abstract
According to Hugh Barr (2009), interprofessional education (IPE) occurs when two or more professions learn with, from, and about each other to improve collaborative practice, quality of care, and services provided. This book is born from the memories and reflections of the IPE learning community in health, evidencing the complex process of developing an initiative that involves seven undergraduate programs in the same activity. Here converge epistemological approaches, learning outcomes, instructional designs, and curricular integration, added to the experiences and challenges faced in the implementation of a pedagogical strategy that, by the end of 2023, had already sensitized more than two thousand students and about fifty teach- ers of the School of Medicine and Health Sciences at the Universidad del Rosario, in the challenge of reconsidering professional identity and defragmenting the care of patients, their families, and their communities.
