This chapter aims to review the concept of organizational climate and some applications to educational institutions. To this end, a documentary review was carried out in the main academic databases, doctoral thesis repositories and documents available on the web. It was found that, although there is agreement on the main approaches of the concept, there is no agreement on the dimensions to be taken into account in a possible scale of measurement. Existing measures have been based more on context-specific issues, so it may be interesting to develop a standard scale for organisations in general.
