Abstract
This book, with the participation of a group of leading scholars and practitioners, offers reflections on different legal problems that, as a result of social and regulatory changes, have challenged family law in recent decades. Within this framework, using a practical, analytical, critical, and reflective approach, the study addresses issues related to family, which are reviewed from areas as varied as the Constitution, gender, criminal law, inheritance law, social security, migration, disability, and the legal regime of children and adolescents.
