Abstract
In 2008, the first massive and open online course (MOOC) was developed, in order to facilitate the massive dissemination of knowledge, breaking the limits of face-to-face. From then on, this teaching alternative is part of the main educational institutions in the world, with a diversity of subjects and millions of students who access these courses.
With the arrival of COVID-19, educational institutions make adjustments in the way the interaction between students and teachers takes place. This chapter describes the experience obtained with the development and use of the MOOC, Transformation strategies in the face of the business crisis, which serves as a tool that facilitates training on the subject of business strategy in undergraduate and postgraduate students who access the class remotely.
