Abstract
This article synthesizes a research realized by the author about the technological formation in Management. The preoccupation arises of stating the recent and uncontrolled proliferation of curricular programs in management at technical and technological levels, the recognition of the uncertain quality conditions and relevancy of this kind of formation in management, and the problems of professional differentiation and labour performance of the students of this kind of programs. The article proposes the hypothesis that many of the problems associated with this kind of programs are caused by the absence of a conceptualization about the foundations of what constitutes the properly technological component of management, and of the implications of assuming a model of technological formation in the conception and design of this programs. The aim of the work is to make this conceptualization, making possible the re-configuration of the formative offer in the field.
