La desaparición forzada de personas en los acuerdos de paz con las FARC-EP: un análisis a la luz de las obligaciones internacionales del Estado

The aim of this study is to examine the “Final agreement to end the armed conflict and build a stable and lasting peace” in relation with the enforced disappearance of persons. For this purpose, this paper examines the international obligations of states related to this violation, such as: the obligation to ensure that enforced disappearance constitutes an offence under its criminal law, the guarantee to investigate, prosecute and punish those responsible, the search to determine the whereabouts of the victims, their identification and reparation.
