The popularization of the Internet has cracked down the previous media system: the crisis of credibility is being spread over all the forms of public representation, because the routines of approach to the society reveal the existence of a fossilized speech. The abundance of media options (and also the emergence of expert audiences used to the democratic routines), determine the necessity of the institutions to adapt themselves to the new media system. In the following article of reflection, we focus the attention on the crisis of credibility of the institutions, and next we interpret some of the patterns which draw the emergence of a new society: transparency and openness to the social issue, are offered as clues to recover the lost confidence.
