Abstract
This document describes some reflections on self-evaluation processes in an occupational therapy undergraduate program and aims to bring these to the forefront. The idea is to make these processes based on innovation and co-creation of ends and means more visible. These activities seek to renew and promote transformative actions that encourage professional self-agency through communities of practice which work towards common goals and reflect social value. It presents the architectural foundations on how a program self-assesses, how it overcomes fragmentation and actively dialogs regarding the involvement of different agents based on national accreditation guidelines. Finally, it discusses the implications vis-à-vis the quality and urgency of gaining knowledge management insights into the area of self-evaluation in the occupational therapy profession.
