Abstract
Transitory Article 5 of Legislative Act 01 of 2017 granted the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (JEP) the power to use, as direct sources, within the framework of the legal qualifications of the system, international criminal law (IPR). ) and international humanitarian law (IHL). In the application of IHL, the JEP has already issued different decisions that allow us to observe how this jurisdiction has interpreted and applied this regulatory system in different cases.
