Abstract

This volume results from research conducted at the VI Congress on International Law and includes works by both national and international authors chosen through an extensive open call for contributions. Using an interdisciplinary, critical, and regional approach, this book is organized into three main thematic sections: international environmental law, public international law, and private international economic law. With chapters in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, this work emphasizes the linguistic richness of Latin America and its growing influence in global legal discussions. It is vital reading for researchers, students, and professionals seeking to understand how global regulatory systems intersect in a world undergoing environmental, economic, and legal changes.
