The effects of the crises affect the economy of companies, regardless of size and seniority, so it is of academic interest to identify the key factors that influenced the restructuring agreement and its practice, crisis management, resilience and adaptability, as well as the lessons learned by the company during the process of facing and overturning difficulties. It is expected to determine the variables that led the company to the financial crisis, analyze the factors that allowed the recovery, examine the business management and its sustainability. Some of the conclusions of this study is that, the crises are caused by external events, are not precisely predictable, recovery takes time, so it is significant to permanently monitor and control liquidity aspects, financial obligations and in general the management general sphere of the company, so to set operational recovery on sustainable basis.
