Abstract

This article briefly explains the evaluation of the processes to be developed in the infrastructure projects of the Colombian Agricultural Institute ICA. The objective of evaluating the development processes and activities in ICA infrastructure projects seeks to address the recurring problem in public entities which is the lack of organization and deficiencies in the planning and formulation of Projects. In accordance with the above, the proposed solution to this problem is the development and implementation of a process guide applicable to the planning, formulation and control of infrastructure projects, the product of a quantitativ e and qualitative analysis of the existing procedures.
