Abstract
This reflection presents the experience of using constant feedback mechanisms in the classroom as elements of continuous pedagogical improvement. It emphasizes the adaptation of tools of greater use in other disciplines for this purpose, particularly the empathy map. Initially, it exposes the theoretical foundation that promoted its use and the conceptual bases with which it was created, the way in which it was adapted and applied in the classroom, and suggestions to articulate it with other strategies. The purpose of this is to obtain dynamic information that promotes constant adjustments in the courses for their continuous improvement and adaptation to the individuals who participate in them. The impact of the strategy on the conscious assessment of the objectives and individual situations is evidenced, as well as its repercussion on the group's purposes, such as the achievement of greater motivation, empathy in the classroom and results in academic performance.
