Abstract
The emphasis on the way in which the average human being experiences the different approaches to justice, which requires the elaboration of this last paradigm leaving aside: (i) the sociological categories of upper, middle and lower classes (largely formed by the States as shown, for example, by the case of Argentina, where according to its national statistics institute ('INDEC') all those who earn above the minimum wage would automatically become part of the middle class); and (ii) the economic concepts of poverty, extreme poverty and des-equality (which make the different analyses focus almost exclusively on that part of the population that is at the upper and lower ends of the income scale). This epilogue seeks to generate some questions about the lack of protagonism of the average citizen in the different areas of globalization.
